Communications in advance of the visit were clear and detailed, and when the problem we had with our drain was outside the realm of the service provider's work, he identified another company to do the job and had the person at our apartment within the hour. Everything about our experience spoke to the expertise, responsiveness, and professionalism of Vaughan. I won't go anywhere else in the future for our plumbing needs!

Has used service 2x: My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Vaughan. The two gentlemen who came out were not just professional, but took the time to diagnose and correct a problem with our Navien tankless heater that was both ongoing and complicated. There was a cold water issue that had been impacting us for the entire time we've lived in the condo that other services had missed. It has made our water consistently warmer throughout the home and actually reflect the output of the set unit temp. Will absolutely reach out to this company again for ongoing maintenance and any further issues! Updated: Had some ongoing issues, two new guys came and they were great. Got us up and running very quickly! Different guys, same great service!
