Brandon was super nice—my kids were very interested in what they were doing and he even brought up a bucket to show them all the dirty stuff that came out of an old pipe! I called Vaughan Plumbing to ask if they could come today to fix a clogged toilet. I had never used them before. Even though it wasn't an emergency, they were able to schedule an appointment the same day and come at my convenience. They texted me a half hour before they arrived and were right on time. The 2 men who came to my house were extremely polite and professional, analyzed the problem, told me the cost to fix it before they started, and were able to fix the issue. They finished promptly and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely call Vaughan Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Sam and Trey arrived ahead of schedule to replace a kitchen faucet set and a bathroom faucet set plus new supply valves for the bathroom sink, which were old and frozen. They scoped out the work and provided an estimate, which I agreed to. On Sam's recommendation, we also added a new ball valve inboard of the basement water meter as a backup redundancy. They were friendly, professional, answered all my questions, and completed the work in the estimated three-hour window, which included a trip for parts. Vaughan's online scheduling system was easy to use and offered next-day availability in my case. I recommend Vaughan.
